GiGi L'Amour, Poodle Love Galore

GiGi is my beloved toy poodle. Although small, she possesses a big personality. She is a very sweet and joyful little girl. As all poodles, she is remarkably smart (scary smart), an innate athlete, and the owner of a luxurious fur that require weekly grooming. I sometimes wonder if in a previous life she was an empress or queen. Although cheerful and sometimes a little shy with strangers, she makes sure she always lies down in the most comfortable chair, sofa or pillow. She enjoys the outdoors, but she lets you know she is happier indoors, at 71 degrees Fahrenheit. Her most notorious trait is that she is an extremely, I repeat, extremely selective with food. It took me three years to realize that her favorite meals are a fresh diet of chicken, turkey, and vegetables. I am sure you can tell by now that GiGi is quite the character! But all the hoops and loops I go around for her are so worth it. GiGi teaches me what unconditional love is. She is a loyal friend, a strong little being that besides having had a major surgery on both legs last year, she didn’t give up. GiGi inspires me to be a better person. She makes me a proud dog dad.
